DRUM PULLEY
Drum pulleys manufactured by us are durable and their build quality is incomparable. Our drum pulleys are hot vulcanized and of generally fitted with key way type hubs. We have the facility to supply pulleys with self locking taper type hub assembly too.
IMPACT IDLERS
These idlers are a special version of carrying idlers. They provide a cushion to lessen the belt damage due to impact from materials being loaded onto the belt. We manufacture these idlers with superior quality of natural rubber discs of shore hardness 55-60 A.
Our Product Features
Drum pulleys manufactured are of heavy duty type. Our fabricated pulleys have good running stability, and are no maintenance type required. Crowning on pulleys is done as per client request. Our pulleys are statically balanced. End discs and hubs are designed to give maximum strength.
Belt training idlers often used in place of guide rollers. The tapered part is made of cast steel whereas the straight portion is made of ERW pipe. They help in keeping the belt centered thereby preventing spillage of material being conveyed.
Each pulley is made as per your drawing or according to the position on the conveyor. Hubs and end discs are accurately machined to assure concentricity. Pulley shafts are made from carbon steel/ EN-8 designed for maximum torque and bending moment.

We have good infrastructure and machinery setup that serves as our backbone. It allows us to freely commit to our customers to deliver quality products within shortest lead time. We have invested heavily in machinery and put up a robust infrastructure facility that is backed by our endeavor to offer best to our customers. Our Idlers and Drum Pulleys Plant located in New Delhi and is spread over an area of 13500 sq. ft. and has best of the machinery installed for manufacturing quality Idlers, Drum Pulleys and other Conveyor components. We have put up all the required testing facilities at our plant where each batch of rollers is thoroughly tested under standard norms before it is being dispatched to the customer. Our drum Pulleys are manufactured using best of the techniques which keeps its run-out/concentricity under control. The pulleys are also supplied with rubber laggings on customer requests.
